         <h2 class=\"main-site-title mb-3\">Case introduction<\/h2>\n                                                                            <p>KKB Fastigheter is a Swedish real estate company with 2 600 apartments and 30 000 square metre premises, wholly owned by K\u00e4vlinge municipality.<\/p>\n<p>KKB have a central role in the municipality\u2019s housing supply and they offer a varied range of housing for tenants, located in K\u00e4vlinge, Furulund, L\u00f6ddek\u00f6pinge and Hofterup areas in Sweden.<\/p>\n                                                                       <p>Managing properties is time consuming when managed manually and not cost efficient without utilizing today\u2019s technology.<\/p>\n<p>The Public Health Authority in Sweden recommends that the temperature in an apartment should be between 20 and 23 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>The temperature should not be lower than 18 degrees under normal weather conditions, and not hotter than 26 degrees in the summertime.<\/p>\n                                                                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                                      <h2 class=\"main-site-title mb-3\">The solution<\/h2>\n                                                                            <p>KKB\u00a0has\u00a0installed approximately 2600 Indoor temperature and humidity sensors in each apartment. The smart devices are connected to our LoRaWAN network which generates the communication between the smart sensors and KKB\u00b4s IoT Platform.
